Complaints

From time to time and despite our best efforts your child may experience difficulties at school that you don’t feel have been handled well.

Formal complaints should be made in the first instance, to Kerry Taylor, Compass Complaints Co-ordinator.

 

A complaint can be made in person, in writing or by telephone.

 

The Complaints Co-ordinator will record the date the complaint is received and will acknowledge in writing (letter or email) receipt of the complaint within 3 school days
