Compass Learning Centre have been awarded a permit from Natural England and Historic England to play Laser Tag at the High Angle Battery, Portland. 📷📷
This is fantastic news as the students at Compass really enjoy playing Laser Tag as part of the schools SEMH PE curriculum and enrichment programme. Staff actively encourage the game as the students benefit from improved fitness, problem solving skills, communication and the use of strategy and tactics to outwit your opponents.
Compass are delighted with the permit as we had been struggling to find a suitable alternative location for the students to access until now.
The staff and students are actively involved but only use the pre-existing pathways available at the local landmark.
The game involves 2 teams working against each other to eliminate the opposition using the skills above, using the laser tags to shoot targets on the other team.
